Potato salad, roasted red onions, chives bound with a creamy mustard mayonnaise (GF) (V) (with chorizo optional)
Mixed bean salad: With cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, capers and chopped parsley with a caesar dressing dressing (VG) (V) (GF)
Pasta salad: Pesto, tomatoes,diced red onion,and sliced peppers (pepperoni/chorizo optional)
Ruby coleslaw: Fresh white and red cabbage, carrots and mayo (V) (GF)
Asian style salad: Diced onion, carrot, fresh peppers bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, coriander with a sweet chilli and seasame dressing (GF) (VG) (V)

China crockery and cutlery can be hired @ £1.75 pp per course, £30 delivery charge the day before, and picked up the day after
